Marriage is a beautiful and honourable thing. Every virtuous and lasting marriage on earth is a product of God’s gift to the world. Little wonder the Holy Bible warned that what God has joined, in holy matrimony, let no man put asunder. Thus, the requirement to enjoy a glorious marriage is to spice it up with God’s divine instruction.
On this onion, God’s Ambassadors Glorious Church in Ughelli, Delta State, recently hosted hundreds of couples at her 2022 Couple’s Dinner at the church auditorium. The annual, thoroughly planned event welcomed notable priests, believers, glorious couples, and single youths—spinsters and bachelors.

The colourful event tagged” Spice of marriage” oiled the hearts of the congregants through the powerful admonition of the co-host, Pastor Mrs Akpevwe Ejereje. She whets down the listening pleasure of the meticulous couples and single brethren with steps needed to spice up the marriage.
The convener and chief host, Revd. Emma Ejereje corroborated the practical steps enumerated with crucial prayer points. He also charged couples to build their marriage vows on Christ Jesus for a lasting marital communion.
The coloured event gradually fades into dancing steps with various performances by prominent guest artists. Some include Tebite Tsio, Pastor Clark O. Clark, and Evang. Jerry Tebite, Min. Emma Precious, Min. Winifred Afimoni, and a host of others.
I think it’s time for item seven! Well, the event should not just be all about talks, questions and answers. Even if the atmosphere is filled with vibrating and electrifying rhythms suitable for dancing, food and drinks are prerequisites. That is why it is called “Couple’s Dinner”.
